Every BronzeRock loan is a business-purpose loan on non-owner-occupied residential property, made to a business entity.
- A good deal to send. Non-owner-occupied 1–4 unit residential in one of the 16 states we serve, with a clear plan and a borrower who has done this before. Borrowing through a business entity.
- Not a fit. Owner-occupied homes, consumer-purpose loans, loans to an individual, condos, manufactured or mobile homes, 5+ unit buildings, and properties outside our footprint.
