- We lend on. Non-owner-occupied residential investment property, 1–4 units, in select Ohio markets. Fix & flip, new construction and long-term rental financing.
- We do not lend on. Owner-occupied homes, consumer-purpose loans, loans to an individual, condos, manufactured or mobile homes, or 5+ unit buildings.
